this is really only half a step towards empowering the judiciary, we still have a loooooong way to go, but no road is endless and we have to complete evry journey that we start otherwise we'll end up lost, getting nowhere and also leaving no line of ethics for our offspring to follow

    half a step is also a step in the right direction so a least the direction is somewhat, if not all, right
